Matt Holovach may be the most patient person in the world. Due to a succession of unforeseen life circumstances that repeatedly postponed my ability to complete my part of the project, turning my website live took about a year and half, rather than the couple of he was expecting. The work-in-progress occupied development resources that Matt could have used on other projects. I am sure this was frustrating, but Matt accommodated me again and again. Along the way, Matt coached me very effectively, training me how to edit the parts of the site I am responsible to keep up to date, and how to test out variations on font or color myself in order to make our interactions more efficient. Overall I am very pleased with both the budget for this project and the delightful results.
